The Philips Aluminium Toaster is designed for toasting all types of bread in the wide slots provided. With 1200W of power, toasting is fast and efficient. The user can quickly toast or defrost bread with the touch control LCD panel. Every family member can easily and safely prepare his or her breakfast with the same toaster. Almost all types of bread can be accommodated in the wide self-centering slots and if the user fancies a warm croissant or bread roll, the built-in bun warming rack can easily be activated. The challenge was to design a high end toaster with a brushed aluminium finish to complement a new breakfast range. The illuminated LCD display with its count-down timer offers another wow factor that informs the user how long it will take before toast is ready.
