A smart fan heater, which innovatively accomplish both wall mounted and portable usage scenario. The heater minimal design is characterized by primary shapes whilst the temperature and timing setting are operated by the rotary knob with integrated confirming function. With wind guide, it could efficiently dry up a towel. In addition, the UV light could fulfill simple sterilization. The infrared sensor helps to detect whether there are people nearby to stop UV sterilization. The rack could also be used as stand to fit portable usage.
