Service to decarbonize hospitals
The Environmental Sustainability Service's objective is to foster sustainable optimization on department level for existing healthcare environments. The service quantifies the carbon footprint and delivers a decarbonization & deconsumption strategy and roadmap, providing carbon reduction control points for governance (incl. reporting), decision making and deployment. The approach is holistic. Data sets are collected from medical equipment, supplies & logistics and clinical operation. Onsite interviews and observations are held to understand the department's context. Through executive strategy sessions the roadmap is defined.
