Water filter pitchers are common in kitchens across the globe. However, they can be inconvenient: users have to wait for the water to pass through the filter, they are large considering the amount of filtered water produced, and a full pitcher of water may be too heavy for users to pour. We set out to reinvent and create something new—the powered pitcher. At the simple press of a button, you can enjoy twice the amount of fresher-tasting water, three times faster than with a conventional water filter pitcher. With a built-in rechargeable battery, it can be placed anywhere, including in the fridge to keep water cold.
