The ph15 Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organization formed by a group of people who believe in art as a valuable resource that allows to be human being to unfold its essence and develop its creative capacities, even in a adverse or hostile reality. From this perspective, artistic expression is proposed as a practice that enables the full exteriorization of the being and the generation of processes transformers, both individual and collective. Since 2000 ph15 aims to use the resources of the visual arts -especially photography- to encourage new expressive abilities, communication and techniques in children and youth.
