Translator for the Blind

The blind need to read books like anyone else. This translator can help blind people to read. It can translate both pictures and texts. Put the translator on a book and it will automatically identify text and translate it into Braille. If it comes across pictures, it will produce the sense of a Concavo image. With this new translator, blind people can enjoy reading.

JURY STATEMENT

The design of helping the blind to read pictures is a new design concept, showing the designer's humanistic care for people with visual impairment. This kind of translator can be realized through the usage of today's technology innovation and optics, machinery, electronics and acoustics comprehensive technology.
