Book

The exhibition catalog “Pictograms – The Loneliness of the Signs” serves as a kind of reference book. A subtle color coding through six chapters, the corresponding artist texts associated by color with the corresponding topic, and the repeating introductory pages make the complex division of the exhibition’s theme approachable and comprehensible. The design of the title, with the title “Pictograms” shown on the bleed, turns the book into an object and is repeated in the inside as a continued table of contents at the start of a chapter.
