Self-Medication Platform

Pilliora is a medication platform for elderly patients who need assistance in taking their medications, such as those with rheumatoid arthritis, and their family and care givers which is developed as a joint project with a Japanese pharmaceutical company in a society facing a super-ageing population. The electric assist mechanism allows the user to insert the PTP sheet and remove the medicine at the lightest touch of a button. Family members and care givers are notified when the patient uses the device. As elderly patients with chronic conditions take their medication regularly - morning, noon and night - Pilliora also acts as life security.
