A pixel is the basic element of images. In “Pixel”, the designer explores the relationship between movement and the pixel. “Pixel” pops up in different parts of the movie theater. The box office foyer houses a tremendous curved envelope made of over 6,000 stainless steel panels. The feature display wall is decorated with numerous square strips protruding from the wall that spell out the glamorous word itself – Cinema. Inside the movie theater, the cohesion of all “Pixel” elements creates a great digital world for everyone to enjoy.

The stringent, imaginative but always focused application of a formal theme is displayed here – the theme of the pixel. It is realized with virtuosity in all areas of the cinema, never repetitive and never exerted – and yet it is always quite simply appropriate and spectacular.
