We tried to create a very comfortable settee of contemporary design. PLOUM has a broad shape, and the entire body may be seated on a cuddly and soft space, while the organic form offers a low seat. Using a stretch fabric is a symbol for modern lifestyle in which flexibility and comfort seem to be essential. We conceived of this sofa like a ripe and delicious fruit. This is how Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec describe their new creation, which, besides its innovative form, offers an exceptional comfort and the possibility to place the body in very different ways, a sofa without elaborate features.
