Wasp Trap

Honeybees have an economic and ecological value, and their extinction would have a major impact on humanity. A combination of factors such as lack of clean water, pesticide spraying by drones, and abnormal weather conditions can lead to swarming. Additionally, beekeepers need to take immediate action when a problem occurs at an apiary, but it is difficult to predict when a problem will occur and there is a limit to the amount of time a beekeeper can stay at an apiary. Therefore, we propose a bee management design that is useful for four-season apiary management.

The design of this object is of great formal beauty and at the same time solves a problem in beekeeping that impacts the survival of our ecosystem. A balanced proposal in function, form, and environmental consciousness.
