Preform inspection system

Intravis GmbH

The new visual inspection system PreMon by Intravis uses completely new and innovative technology for the examination of transparent, translucent and opaque PET preforms. Due to its minimal footprint, the PreMon can easily be integrated between the injection molding machine and the packaging unit. The system combines an evolutionary massive parallel orientation technology with a preform monitoring concept. A dark high-quality glass door allows for observation of the process. Strong contrasts in material and color as well as strict separation of components make the appearance both exciting and harmonic.
