ProCam® Align Smart

Camera module assembly

ProCam® Align Smart is a high accuracy device for alignment, assembly and inspection of camera modules. The components are adjusted in translation, tilt, focus and rotation. Exchangeable assembly jigs allow successive manufacturing of multiple camera module types. Clear and straightforward, the product design communicates accuracy and performance. The inner work plane is extended to the outside, illustrating the close relationship between process and control. A transparent corner enables monitoring of the production process from the operator’s position. The well-thought-out panel layout makes the device easy to assemble and service.
