The Automobile Production Management Center is a super-sized LED screen, measuring 2.7m in height and 4.8m in width. The screen presents production and operation information and empowers the production line manager to obtain data in real-time with digital twinning. Problems can quickly be identified and corrected through fast communication with surveillance cameras and a review of a machine's operation data. The information layout and visualization accelerate the time needed to process production faults. The design team went deep into the production line to optimize the information transmission for every process.
