Design Guidebook
Samsung ElectronicsAt Samsung, we believe that inclusivity is the foundation of good design. So, we created an inclusive design Strategy and Guidebook to empower the creative possibilities of our designers. We spoke with design leaders in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and 500+ members of our internal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to rethink the way we design. The result is ‘INKlusion’ – a simple but powerful visual metaphor of ‘ink’ that empowers designers at Samsung to embrace DEI as a creative opportunity instead of something to fear or be limited by - adding more color to their mindset and processes.
