QuantuMike digital micrometers play a crucial role in the manufacture of various high-precision components. Applying proprietary encoder and thread machining technologies, the design achieves a feed of 2mm per revolution, four times faster than conventional products, for efficient measurement with ±1µm accuracy. The integrated ratchet thimble mechanism enables stable measurements to be completed with consistent rotational operation.
