The QUECHUA FORCLAZ900 is the next step of evolution in softshell jackets for hikers looking for freedom. The main fabric has a flocked pattern inside. This complex pattern traps a thin layer of air which acts as insulation. The hexagonal cut-out design of the flocking improves compressibility and reduces overall weight. This wind proof and water repellent jacket is two times lighter than a standard softshell of comparable thermal insulation. Pre-formed elbows and stretch zones increase comfort in movement.
