Book

Brief: Many banks keep their clients in the dark about their own allowances. They hide due charges and commissions in the fine prints or do not repay so-called “kickbacks”. To show that the Quirin Bank is different, the agency was asked to unveil questionable methods in the banking sector in an ironic and entertaining way. Solution: To explain the banks’ common tricks to the clients, the agency created a booklet containing the most popular hide-and-seek games in private banking – completed with instructions for bankers and a request asking the client to become a spoilsport.
