Rab® MeCo Cocona® Merino Baselayer - Elevating Merino Performance

Ethically sourced Merino wool and recycled Cocona® yarns have been blended to produce a high performance fabric. Cocona® Merino combines the warmth / softness of Merino with the fast drying / wicking performance of polyester. Activated carbon is derived from discarded coconut shells and is contained inside the recycled fiber and will therefore not wear out / wash off. It is very breathable and absorbs odor molecules within the activated carbon. It offers UVA / B protection by absorbing harmful rays, is made in a bluesign® accredited facility, is non-chlorine “Superwashed” for shrink control and reduces the energy / carbon footprint by approximately 40% compared to standard polyester.
