This design is used in north area which lack of the water. As the development of the city, pollution is serious problem,so we need build more green area to purificate the environment . It’s a rain collector ,additional water would be collceted in a large water reservoir, we can use these more rain water to irriagate,it’s also a pavilion for resting.On the top of the collecor ,solar cells can produce the electronic energy for lighting.
