The Ranger3 sets new standards for industrial 3D vision tasks with its accuracy and its exceptional measurement speed (15.4 processed Gigapixels/s). The camera extracts the true 3D shape of an object, regardless of contrast or color. As a result, quality inspection for complex electronic components, tire profiles or wood boards is dramatically improved. The compact housing with numerous mounting options guarantees easy mechanical integration. Clearly visible LEDs indicate the operational status, no matter how the camera is mounted. The color coding and precise use of geometrical surfaces match SICK´s vision product family.
