Reliable, robust and secure in wireless LAN. – For outdoor and industrial applications the RAP’s electronics are well protected in the rugged magnesium housing (IP 65). Temperatures between -20°C and +55°C are possible. Even the plugs are hidden under a waterproof service cover. With the integrated 4 port switch, LWL- and RJ45 Ethernet-host usage is very flexible. Maximal data security is guaranteed by intelligent mechanisms like data filters, protocol filters or identification filters. Additionally, the system provides functions like priorisation and VLAN patterns. Mounting of the RAP 100 is easy due to a special mounting plate. The design of the housing ensures a high-quality appearance.
