The engineered stone, so-called quartz, is one of the most popular countertop materials. However, the greatest weakness of quartz compared to natural stone is its limitations in surface finishing. Quartz does not respond well to various surface finishing treatments like a natural stone because these treatments create patterns when color is applied. This design uses a synchronized embossed pattern on the quartz surface that makes the material look similar to natural stone.
