Professional training program
The focus of the program is the training and employability of young people aged 18 to 29, in situation of social vulnerability, as full stack programmers. In the first year of the project, the average age was 24 years and the income was R$ 825.00 per month. Themes such as creativity, communication, and professional performance are developed, and the proposed methodology is based on collaboration and the construction of projects to solve social problems. Everyone wins a scholarship English course. During the course, they have to develop apps that generate social impact. The program guides the students through future selections.
The Recode Pro project has very clear development objectives for the short/medium and long term which demonstrates a clear focus and strong commitment to reach the next stage of employability of young people. The presentation provided a good clear picture of the professional training program and its structure, together with a sense of direction for the future.

Being side by side with so many world projects that work to make a change in their communities is more than a showcase, is a recognition that the path we chose is right and moving forward.
