Recovery Camp

Recovery camps

Recovery camp - the project provides systematic psycho-emotional assistance to mothers and children affected by the war in Ukraine, working in the format of family camps (one-day and six-day). Since March 2022, more than 140 camps have been held for 11,000 children and mothers. This is a unique and perhaps the only method that allows us to involve such a large number of mothers and children in working with psychologists, to immerse them as much as possible in the process of psycho-emotional rehabilitation. Our mission is to restore the mental health of Ukrainians that was lost as a result of the events related to the war in Ukraine.

JURY STATEMENT

This is a specialized and impactful recovery camp for many Ukrainian children and mothers who have suffered psychological trauma due to war. Sincerely hope that every child worldwide can be free from the pain of war.

WINNER STATEMENT

Winning this prize provides concrete support to advance our mission. We are grateful for this recognition and committed to utilizing the prize money to make a lasting positive impact on the mental health and well-being of the mothers and children affected by the war in Ukraine.
