The Refinery is a source of light as well as a connection to the power grid and the internet. It can be placed above a dinner table, a conference table or a desk. It reflects simplicity, beauty and functionality. Its design was inspired by an oil refinery. With the Refinery, industry enters our living room, office or studio in an adapted form to encourage an open-minded, involved and optimistic look into the future. It’s made of stainless steel or aluminum and PU rubber and uses energy-efficient light bulbs, such as CFLs or LEDs. The user can turn the tubed arms, providing light, power and an internet connection, into any desirable position.
