The open kitchen-dining area anchors social life, free of overhead cabinets to keep sightlines clear. Soft ceiling lights and gray tones create calm openness. Every room has a window for independence and connection. The hallway, with LEGO display and end-lighting, becomes a warm transition. Raised floors, drainage, barrier-free design, pleated blinds, hot water return, and eco-friendly materials ensure sustainable living.
