Refurbishment of Bielefeld tax office

Administration and office building

The renovation of the Bielefeld tax office upgrades the 1965 building with a precise new façade of light-colored corrugated aluminum, dark window bands, and black accents. Limited glazing, triple glazing, mineral insulation, and double windows with night cooling ensure comfort and energy efficiency. Durable, recyclable materials such as aluminum and rock wool reflect the sustainability goals of the SSP GreytoGreen® label. Prefabricated elements reduce costs and installation time, while the new façade strengthens the building’s urban presence with a high-quality, economical, and future-oriented design.
