The “Rescue Seat” is a new type of water-rescue equipment that provides additional support to victims waiting for the rescue team. It supports their weight and gives them a more secure feeling. A rubber band around the outside of the life preserver gives the user a place to hold on tight. It can also be used as a handy way to transport and store the life preserver and to get it into position quickly in an emergency situation.
