Returning to the Nest: Warm Home

When our parents grow old, is home still the safest and warmest 'home'? What we are facing is not only an extreme space of 47 square meters, but also a test paper of the times that concerns dignity and peace. The project 'Returning Home, Warm Home' is our answer sheet. We stand at the height of establishing industry standards and integrate six innovative concepts: using BIM actuarial to achieve economic optimization, using LEED and WELL systems to drive green and health, using "Smart Home" as an intangible space guardian, and ultimately achieving "age friendly and aging friendly" universal design.
