Service design
In the process of urbanization, we risk losing a lot of folk culture and tradition. As global cultural and economic integration accelerates, much of our cultural consumption now occurs online. The aim of this service design is to build a folk culture tourism service with the goal of marrying internet culture with folk culture to promote tourism and preserve tradition. It allows third-party handicraft designers to personalize and customize their service presentations. The combination of online information and offline experience makes for an exciting and stimulating journey.
It’s a great idea to bring the offline and online worlds together in the service of folk culture and tradition. This service design may help to generate jobs in tourism and engage people to explore the beauty and value of traditional crafts. This is 'glocalization' in action.
