FACTORY900 is a Japanese brand that creates eyewear frames made of acetate. The advantages of using acetate are that it is eco-friendly and lends a uniquely beautiful sheen to surfaces. Acetate frames normally need to be surface-polished to bring out their luster. However, RF-064 doesn't require polishing thanks to a new technology developed by FACTORY900 in 2019. This has freed the designers to produce complicated surfaces like RF-064 while retaining the marvelous sheen of acetate. FACTORY900 has also developed an original hinge system for excellent comfort and easier maintenance.
