Ring of the Cosmos
Sculptural installation
Poly Real Estate
At the square of a Space Experience Hall is a series of rings and semi-spheres. The main ring has a diameter of 26 meters and arches above the bridge that connects the two sides of the structure. The water fountain forms another circle on the ground. At a certain time of year, the shadow of the ring will overlap with the bronze lines on the floor, which mark the day when Neil Armstrong landed on the moon. When the shadow of the ring passes the time scale on the payment, it acts like an ancient sundial. This astronomical installation inspires viewers to contemplate the universe.
