However, the rings are actually formed from one gradient golden ring split into two. The two wedding rings' shared origin is a perfect symbol of the deep bond between two people in love. This gradient golden color is manufactured by using the 400-year-old Japanese metalsmithing technique, Mokume Gane, for creating wood grain patterns by layering many different color metals.
