Rio Cello

Branding

Rio Cello is a free classical music festival that invades the streets of Rio de Janeiro with art, music and dance. The concerts promote encounters between classical and popular music in contemporary concerts of cello, choro, jazz, tango and rock. Its visual identity was created experimenting with light, sound and motion. The circular shape was born of the geometry of the cello, and reacts to the music vibration through coding, forming the organic shapes of the identity. With that, in a simple and powerful way, the festival brings high-brow musical culture closer to the general public.
