Cleaning system for rivers

River Cleaner, an automated river waste removal station, utilizes natural water flow to remove floating river waste. River Cleaner collects waste by using natural water current to gather and collect without consuming additional energy. The river current drive the underwater turbine blades causing the screw conveyor to pick up floating waste from the water.

JURY STATEMENT

River Cleaner is a strong design concept involving the removal of waste suspended in water using in-situ hydro-energy without an additional energy source.
