ROKON - FRN10 is a rotating convection oven designed for enterprises producing bakery products. Its capability to operate on both electricity and natural gas enhances its versatility, while appealing to a broad range of users. The advanced “Super Vacuum Technology” contributes to maintaining product quality by minimizing the steam released during cooking. Vacuum unit is located in the concealed hood. Thanks to the concealed hood system, the traditionally used hood attachment is eliminated, giving the product a compact and elegant appearance.
