Coffee packaging

Romantic Dream is a coffee packaging designed for lovers of traditional Kunqu opera. The designer drew inspiration from traditional characters of this operatic art form. The unique structure and unboxing experience create a dramatic interaction between the box and the graphics. The packaging functions by detaching a coffee pod along an easy-tear perforated line, which then moves the paper cut-out figures in the main outer illustration toward each other, making it appear as if they are performing on stage.
