The B8301B focuses on the needs of Chinese households. It is designed with a concave burner that increases the combustion area and forms a rotating flame that surrounds the bottom of a wok. This ensures the high temperatures (5.0KW) and even heat distribution required in stir-frying, but with greater control. The control knob is faceted for a better grip and allows for easy temperature adjustments.
