Art festival website

The Ruhrtriennale is an annual festival of the arts in the Ruhr region. The event's numerous venues and art forms cater to a variety of user groups. For this website design, the designers expanded on the concept of user-centered design. They conducted extensive qualitative interviews with users to incorporate their ideas and needs, along with the event organizer's goals. The iterations of the site were repeatedly reviewed and adjusted based on user tests. The result was a clear idea of what the festival and users expect, which guided the many design decisions in the creation of the website.
