Wire-rope tensioning device

It takes skill and effort to tighten the cable on a conventional cable-operated switch with a wire clamp. The S 900 cable tightener developed for the new ZQ/TQ cable-operated switch makes this task much easier: The operator only needs to insert one end of the wire into the device and secure it with a screw. It is then possible to (re)tighten the wire by up to 120 mm by turning an Allen screw - with no risk of twisting the cable. The device is ergonomically designed and also reduces the risk of injury since the end of the cable is concealed inside the body of the S 900.
