After the robot is registered and brought online, it makes an emotional connection to the senior, who often is not used to interacting with a robot, and works on building a trusted rapport with them through consistent use. The head display recognizes the height of the user and adjusts the angle for more authentic interaction. Over time, the AI-based robot gathers information about the senior to provide services, such as health measurements, health information, and psychological support.
