They developed an innovative and consistent design identity based on the keyword 'Essential'. This led to the introduction of the Samsung Mobile Design Visual Identity System, which utilized unique rules and grids, moving away from image-centric packaging. The system facilitated the evolution of packaging designs for models like 'S', 'S Ultra', 'Z Flip', and 'Z Fold'. To further amplify the 'Essential' brand message, Samsung extended this system beyond packaging to include books, videos, and retail store displays.
