We became the first in the industry to develop 100%. Our goal was to enhance the eco-friendly brand image as a way of emphasizing corporate social contribution. This led to mass production of the Samsung Mobile Package (applied to the unit box of 926 models as of October 2013). Anticipated environmental protection effects: 1. expected to reduce CO₂ generation by an annual 1,400 t, 2. expected to protect an annual 150,000 trees. A wood grain pattern was applied to paper, whose color is similar to that of hardwood, to further emphasize the eco-friendly image. Also, analog aspects were added to digital mobile products.
