This project is located in the Sanya Mid-levels Sailing Harbor. As an all-round healthy customized private residence, it fully fits the concept of active architecture, and on the basis of ensuring the maximization of the view of the half-mountain and half-island of the residence, it introduces regional marine and sailing humanistic elements, and at the same time, combines with the whole-house intelligent control system, and considers planning and designing in terms of the activities of the residents, indoor lighting, spatial energy efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, visual aesthetics, and so on.
