Production line
SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line, in all respects engineered for manufacturing quality and high throughput from PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) mounting to printing to inspection. Hoping to enhance efficiency through operator-centered production environments, we applied our own fieldwork experience in design. Working conditions were captured in factory scanning, and prototypes were tested through 3D simulation, enabling design that emphasizes safety and usability through ample floor space, optimal distance of the user's face and hand from touch screens, and doors that open and close smoothly.
