Schaumleuchtding 0003A is shaped in the form of a solid frustum, with an end-to-end drill hole through the middle. When pushed over a regular energy saving bulb, the foam-body clamps around it without needing any other devices. The light through the foam emphasises its colour and structure. The archetypical shape of the shade gives it a beautiful gradient of brightness. Schaumleuchtding 0003B suits to hot bulbs up to 60W. The foam-body clamps tightly to the cooler light socket, allowing a safe distance around the bulb.
