Bioreactor/Fermenter control station

Eppendorf SE

The SciVario twin is a bioreactor/fermenter. It controls vessels in which microorganisms or animal cells are grown. The system creates the optimum growing conditions for the cells. The cells grown require constant monitoring for reproducible growth and performance. The user can follow the growth of the cells directly and can react to changes. This can also be done remotely, giving the user more peace of mind while the experiment is running. The design makes it possible that the equipment can grow with changing user requirements through software and/or hardware updates.
