This is a sturdy SD card video camera that is waterproof up to a depth of 1.5 m (equivalent to IPX8), 1.2-m impact resistant (in compliance the 516.5 Free-Fall Drop Test under the MIL-STD-810F), and powder dust resistance (equivalent to IP5X). Thanks to the elimination of moving parts, it has a slim and compact body. It records MPEG-2 video equivalent to DVD image quality and features a rapid 0.6-second startup. With its simple operation, this camera opens up new areas for picture taking and increases filming opportunities with its non-situation-sensitive tough performance that responds to the needs of users in Europe and the United States.
