The SEARCHER is able to make a picture of the invisible vein under the skin using fluoroscopy and projection imaging. The picture is then projected back onto the skin, making the vein visible. With SEARCHER the rate of success for intravenous injections will increase and become easier to administer. Patients will be able to inject themselves intravenously without the help of a nurse.
